Please include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help if you are reporting a bug or something that looks wrong on screen.

Common topics

• Sign-in or SMS codes: Make sure your phone number is correct and that you can receive texts. If codes expire, request a new one from the app.
• Location: Bttr Nghts needs location permission for map and safety-related features. You can review or change this in iOS Settings → Bttr Nghts → Location.
• Notifications: Enable notifications in Settings if you want alerts from the app.
• Purchases or refunds: In-app purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund or manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account or the App Store.

Emergencies

Bttr Nghts is not a replacement for emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (for example, 911 in the United States) or use the appropriate emergency number where you are.
